Andrew Stallcup came to ADsmith with a background most digital marketers simply don’t have. Before transitioning into paid advertising, he spent 20 years in the U.S. Army serving in Psychological Operations—work built on audience analysis, communication strategy, and understanding why people think, decide, and act the way they do. At ADsmith, he puts those same instincts to work as a Digital Media Specialist, managing campaigns across Google and Meta, digging into performance data, and helping translate the “what” of campaign results into the “why”—and the “what next.”

Andrew’s experience spans a wide range of industries, including healthcare, home services, manufacturing, SaaS, eCommerce, higher education, and local service businesses. He brings that depth to every campaign, with a focus on audience targeting, conversion optimization, and smarter, more strategic decision-making.

When he’s not deep in data, Andrew and his wife are devoted fans of great storytelling—film, television, and the craft decisions that make a story land. He’s also a certified scuba diver who has explored the Red Sea off the coast of Somalia, swimming alongside whale sharks and drifting through exposed tectonic plates. (Iceland is next on the list.) At home, he unwinds by painting and airbrushing miniatures and models—and navigating the lovable chaos of three dogs, a cat, an adult daughter, a granddaughter, and a pug named Rocco who, by all accounts, runs the household.
