Nicole is a versatile professional with a unique blend of industry experience, which imbues her with chameleon-like qualities. Although she comes to ADsmith without a direct marketing background, she was a successful entrepreneur for 14 years who worked individually with people from various walks of life. She is an Army veteran, a born diplomat, and very comfortable working with people from different backgrounds and perspectives.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Philosophy, from Missouri State University in 2017. She is passionate about learning, enjoys research and writing, and has a brain wired for organization, analysis, and efficiency. Additionally, Nicole thoroughly enjoys assisting her team members with various tasks. Not once in her life has she been afraid to get her hands dirty or think outside the box. And challenges? She eats those for breakfast.
Having exhausted the growth opportunities within her prior industry, and equipped with a unique skillset, business acumen, and a wealth of customer service experience, Nicole is eager to dominate a new field.
