Growth is the final step of ADsmith’s process wheel, achieved through successful collaboration and implementation of the previous steps. It’s also our favorite part, because we love helping our clients grow!

RESEARCH

The foundation of any great marketing campaign. ADsmith’s research capabilities include focus groups, customer surveys, research data from Nielsen, Arbitron, and the 4A’s (American Association of Advertising Agencies).

GOALS & STRATEGY

After conducting, compiling, and analyzing research findings, ADsmith collaborates with your business to develop goals. Once a goal is in place, ADsmith will devise a strategy to meet those goals.

BRIDGE

Though critical, a company’s marketing bridge is often overlooked. We will identify existing obstacles, either internally or externally, and help you create flawless customer service.

IDENTITY

Description:

ADsmith Marketing & Advertising is a community of passionate marketing professionals producing creative, accountable results. ADsmith is a full-service advertising agency with clients in a broad range of fields. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work with all members of the Digital Department, as well as the Creative and Account Service Departments, to ensure each client’s digital needs become a reality.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Create, maintain and optimize search, display and paid social campaigns across different platforms
  • Ensure digital spends are on-pace with budgets
  • Write compelling digital ad copy, website copy, blog posts, etc.
  • Track on-site and conversion performance using Google Analytics and other tools
  • Work closely with all departments in a collaborative manner to support clients’ digital needs
  • Understand how digital fits in clients’ overall marketing mix and implement digital strategy
  • Research and stay current on new digital media platforms, trends, etc.
  • Manage social media accounts for ADsmith and our clients
  • Ensure the overall management and functionality of ADsmith’s website, as well as our clients’ websites, and all other assigned digital platforms, such as mobile, tablet and social
  • Execute SEO for ADsmith’s and our clients’ websites

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of the fundamentals of digital advertising
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; proper use of grammar and correct spelling are a must
  • Demonstrated success with client relationships, team management, and business development
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Instagram, and Pinterest
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting internet-related data using programs such as Google Analytics

Skills/Abilities not required, but preferred:

  • Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS’s), web design/development, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with Google AdWords
  • Experience with social media advertising
  • Experience with graphic design and Adobe Suite products like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will work with all members of the Digital Department, as well as the Creative and Account Service Departments, to ensure each client’s digital needs become a reality. This position is part-time, with an estimated 20-25 hours a week.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Help manage social media accounts for ADsmith and our clients
  • Help write compelling digital ad copy, website copy, blog posts, etc.
  • Assist the digital team with monthly PPC and SEO reports
  • Work closely with all departments in a collaborative manner to support clients’ digital needs
  • Understand how digital fits in clients’ overall marketing mix and implement digital strategy
  • Research and stay current on new digital media platforms, trends, etc.
  • Help create, maintain and optimize search, display and paid social campaigns across different platforms
  • Assist with execution SEO for ADsmith’s and our clients’ websites

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Strong analytical skills
