Digital / Account Coordinator
Do you have a passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve when it comes to new digital trends? Have you managed accounts and projects to successful completion under tight deadlines?
The Account/Digital Coordinator stays up to date on all things organic social, SEO, and website best practices while managing multiple projects and client portfolios to create accountable results. If you enjoy variety, this position offers you the chance to:
- Support client-agency relationship by attending client meetings and supporting account leads where needed
- Concept and write blog posts to improve search engine ranking
- Create social media content for clients from conception to scheduling to post analysis across various social platforms; occasionally assisting in paid digital
- Concept and write eblasts for clients’ email databases followed by post analysis
- Conduct market and industry research to assist in building marketing plans and supporting marketing initiatives
- Brief team members when client projects are needed to make sure they have the details needed to complete the project
- Manage tasks and project deadlines for various clients and project work while delegating tasks to yourself and team members
- Assist in creating presentations, observing focus groups, and stand-alone administrative tasks
- Assist in website project management and coordination
The Ideal Account/Digital Coordinator:
- Is a self-starter
- Enjoys learning and adapting
- Is organized
- Has experience with social media management and/or SEO
- Can track performance with reporting tools
- Has a true desire to create a calm, friendly environment within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Has strong computer skills
- Has excellent writing skills
- Can contribute to concepting and ideation
- Is comfortable in front clients
- Has at least 2+ years’ experience in a marketing related field
- Has a working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, WordPress
Duties:
- Support account lead in content creation to create accountable results
- Grow audience and engagement across all social channels
- Monitor and report on overall SEO health and performance including but not limited to ranking and traffic
- Optimize websites for keywords, page optimization, internal and external backlinking, and other SEO best practices
- Proactively make content recommendations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure recommendations are consistently applied and measured for effectiveness
- Keep website plugins, versions, and themes up to date and sites functioning properly
- Make updates to client websites such as copy changes, updating images, creating new pages, etc.
- Upload monthly blogs to client websites and review for SEO
- Develop content for client social media accounts and manage pages through scheduling posts, monitoring insights, and performing reputation management
Office Hours: M-F 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (may office from home 3 days per week after initial 90 day onboarding)
Compensation & Benefits:
ADsmith maintains a progressive wage and salary plan to attract, retain, and motivate competent employees. ADsmith compensates employees based on:
- Relative value of their jobs within the agency

Digital Media Specialist
Do you live on the internet? Have a passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve when it comes to algorithm updates and new digital trends?
The Digital Media Specialist stays up to date on all things Google, SEO, social media, website best practices, and more. If you enjoy variety, this position offers you the chance to:
- Manage SEO for ADsmith and client sites, including blogs
- Create, maintain, and optimize SEM, display, video and paid social campaigns across digital platforms
- Write compelling copy for digital ads, websites, blogs, social posts, etc.
- Report on and track campaign successes using Google Analytics and other tools
- Ensure digital spends are on-pace with budgets
- Grow audience and engagement across all channels
- Develop content and manage organic social media across multiple platforms
- Maintain website health by keeping plugins, versions, and themes up to date so sites function properly. Troubleshoot when needed
- Interact with a team of diverse, creative people – some introverts, some extraverts
- Get to know a variety of business categories
- Use your organizational skills to assist in project workflow
- Be an integral part of a true work family culture
The Ideal Digital Media Specialist:
- Enjoys learning and adapting
- Understands the importance of establishing and growing an online presence
- Is organized
- Is experienced in website projects and with various CMS
- Can track performance with reporting tools
- Has a true desire to create a calm, friendly environment within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Has strong computer skills
- Is willing to receive feedback and wants to learn new skills
- Has excellent writing skills
- Can contribute to concepting and ideation
- Is comfortable in front clients
- Has at least 2+ years’ experience
- Certified in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Learning, etc is a plus
- Has a working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, WordPress, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
- Is experienced with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, and Pinterest platforms
- Has experience in generating social content
