ADsmith Account Executives serve as liaisons between the agency and our clients. The role is a combination of business development, customer relationship management and project management.
Account executives meet with clients to get a thorough understanding of their advertising and promotional needs, the budgets earmarked for these activities, target audiences and other critical demographics, market and competitive information and any other relevant details.
Following client approval, they then manage and coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns, track budgets and costs, and ensure that the projects run smoothly. They also solicit new business by presenting proposals or pitches in collaboration with other members of the agency.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee multiple clients
- Immerse yourself in client categories, targets, competitors, and product offerings
- Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs
- Help create marketing recommendations based on client growth objectives
- Manage client budgets and adhere to brand guidelines
- Help manage projects and team from start to finish keeping them on-time
- Keep leads for new business moving through the sales pipeline
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Report to President and Owner of ADsmith

Qualifications
- 4-year degree in advertising, business, marketing or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a related position
- General understanding of all aspects of marketing from research to strategy, messaging, content creation and deployment through digital or traditional media
- Strong computer skills including all Microsoft based programs
- An understanding of digital platforms
- Interact with a team of diverse, creative people – some introverts, some extraverts
- Positive attitude
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to communicate progress to clients and management
- Professional self-starter with strong work ethic who is detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent follow-through
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to think strategically and problem solve
- Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on deadline

Compensation & Benefits
The Account Executive position is a full-time position. ADsmith maintains a progressive wage and salary plan to attract, retain, and motivate competent employees. ADsmith compensates employees based on:
- Relative value of their jobs within the agency
- The level of individual performance
- Competitiveness within the external market

Video Intern
Reports to: Dustin Henderson, Director of Studio Services
Position: Intern, Paid position
Schedule: Part-time

Organic Digital Specialist

The Ideal Organic Digital Specialist:

• Has strong computer skills

• Can contribute to concepting and ideation
• Is comfortable in front clients
• Has at least 2+ years’ experience
• Has a working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, WordPress
• Is experienced with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest platforms
• Has experience in generating social content
Duties:
• Grow audience and engagement across all channels
• Monitor and report on overall SEO health and performance including but not limited to ranking and traffic
• Optimize websites for keywords, page optimization, internal and external backlinking, and other SEO best practices
• Proactively make content recommendations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure recommendations are consistently applied and measured for effectiveness
• Coordinate with website developer partners and internal teams regarding website projects
• Keep website plugins, versions, and themes up to date and sites functioning properly
• Make updates to client websites such as copy changes, updating images, creating new pages, etc.
• Upload monthly blogs to client websites and review for SEO
• Develop content for client social media accounts and manage pages through scheduling posts, monitoring insights, and performing reputation management
Office Hours:
M-F 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (may office from home 2 ½ days per week)
