ADsmith Marketing and Advertising is pleased to announce the promotion of Emily Falbe to Account Manager. The promotion reflects Falbe’s consistent performance, strategic growth, and the confidence she has earned from both clients and colleagues since joining the ADsmith team.

In her new role, Falbe will own client relationships and oversee execution while taking on greater responsibility for strategic planning and account growth. Her ability to manage complex marketing challenges, think strategically, and lead with confidence in a fast-paced environment makes her a natural fit for the position.

Falbe joined ADsmith as an Account Executive in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Analysis from Missouri State University, with a minor in Interior Design, and brings experience that spans national and global marketing environments, including a background with one of the largest privately held corporations in the United States.
