Last week Google rolled out a new feature that puts reviews from other popular sites like Yelp, Facebook, and Trip Advisor right in your mobile search result or in the Knowledge Panel on desktop when you’re searching for a specific business.
Now a potential customer is going to be able to see more than just Google reviews when they search for your business. This means that you have to make sure you are staying on top of your reviews. So how do you do that? Delight customers with your superior products and services to gain positive reviews and respond sincerely to negative reviews, doing everything in your power to remedy the situation.
These new “reviews from the web” are amazing for our clients like Rick’s Automotive for example, who has over 1,000 reviews on Demand Force that are now much easier to see on Google.
