The sales team boosted excitement by delivering invitations and refreshments to builder crews two weeks prior. The event featured a live band, upscale BBQ, ice cream truck, axe throwing, corn hole, vendor booths, and family-friendly activities.
ADsmith managed the venue, entertainment, a staff breakfast, lunch for 100 customers, and highlighted a family-friendly tailgating experience with impressive raffle prizes.
ADsmith hosted a successful Builder Block Party at Southern Supply’s Showroom with 175+ guests, offering delicious homemade BBQ and Ice Cream. Despite the rainy forecast, ADsmith ensured a covered and accessible setup.
