Granting Access to a LinkedIn Page

Definitions:

Profile: An account for a person. Typically, your personal LinkedIn account. Through profiles are how you access a page.

Page: The business page that multiple profiles have access to. This is where the business’s posts are shared into the page’s feed.

Desktop Instructions:

  1. Login to your LinkedIn profile.
  2. Click your profile along the top bar where it says “Me”. Under “Manage”, select your company’s Page.
  3. From the page, click “Settings”, then “Manage admins”.
  4. From here, click “Add admin” and search for “Sally Smith”. Select the Profile with the ADsmith logo as the profile picture.
  5. Add Sally as a “Super Admin”. To most effectively manage the page, schedule content, and run ads, we need Super Admin level access.
