Social Media Content Creator (Motion Graphics Focus)

A Creative Force with an Eye for Detail

ADsmith Communications is seeking a Social Media Content Creator with a strong emphasis on motion graphics and video-driven social content. This role supports our creative and social teams by producing high-quality organic social media content, including static graphics, motion graphics, reels, short-form video, and carousel posts.

If you live at the intersection of design, motion, and social trends—and care deeply about brand consistency, details, and performance—this role may be for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with organic social media content creation, including:
    • Static social graphics
    • Motion graphics and animations
    • Reels and short-form video
    • Carousel posts
  • Create content for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Support broader creative projects such as:
    • Digital advertising assets
    • Website graphics
    • Print materials
    • Video editing and motion design
  • Apply strong design principles to ensure visually compelling, well-structured layouts
  • Maintain and enhance brand identity and visual consistency
  • Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and media teams to support campaigns
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with attention to detail
  • Incorporate feedback and iterate designs efficiently
  • Stay current on social media trends, formats, and motion styles

 

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer who understands how motion and design elevate social media performance—and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in social media content creation or graphic design
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Layout and composition
    • Typography
    • Color, scale, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including:
    • Illustrator
    • Photoshop
    • Premiere Pro
    • After Effects (or similar motion tools)
  • Familiarity with basic animation and video editing
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency across platforms
  • Experience creating content for organic social media
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Able to use PC-based technology
  • Trustworthy with confidential client information

 

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with Figma
  • Experience posting or scheduling social content
  • Ability to write basic social or digital copy
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar
  • Comfort reviewing performance data and understanding how creative supports campaign goals

ADsmith Communications is seeking a Digital Media Specialist with hands-on experience in paid digital advertising, PPC, and performance marketing. This role focuses on executing, managing, and optimizing SEM, paid social, display, and video advertising campaigns across major platforms including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with campaign data, budgets, and performance reporting tools to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns including SEM/PPC, display advertising, video ads, and paid social media
  • Execute campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Write conversion-focused ad copy for search, social, display, and video campaigns
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Track and analyze campaign results using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads, and more
  • Review dashboards and performance reports to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support workflow, documentation, and campaign execution
  • Work with clients across multiple industries and business objectives
  • Maintain strong attention to detail in reporting, tracking, and campaign setup/management
  • Organize and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Accurately interpret and follow written and verbal instructions
